Frontpath Health Coalition

Frontpath Health Coalition is the medical consortium for subscribing members of NBEC.  As a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to supporting community based employers throughout the Western Lake Erie region, the Frontpath Health Coalition fosters competition and collaboration among health care providers to lower costs and improve the quality of care delivered in each community where employees live and work. We develop and implement health care costs management programs by forming mutually beneficial relationships with health care providers on behalf of all employers.

VSP - Vision Insurance 

VSP is the vision provider for subscribing members of the NBEC.  VSP has a network of thousands of doctors, located in rural and metropolitan areas throughout the nation. More than ninety percent of members have access to a VSP doctor within ten miles of work and home. VSP doctors provide both eye exams and eyewear, making for a convenient "one-stop" means of obtaining eye care benefits.

Workman's Compensation

The Sheakley Group of Companies is a national consulting firm specializing in cost control for mandated and voluntary employee benefit programs and other human resource cost containment areas.  Workshops for 2007:

American Administrative Group

AAG is the Third Party Administrator for subscribing members of the NBEC.  Their website allows participants to view online EOB's, their personal eligibility, claim submission forms, as well as many other informational documents and links.  If you have questions regarding setting up an account on AAG's website please contact the Insurance Office at NBEC (800-472-5475 x2806).

Express Scripts, Inc.

Express Scripts is the Prescription Benefit Manager for subscribing members of the NBEC.  ESI's website permits participants to set up an account, which allows them to view their personal information, conduct price checks on drugs, set up mail order prescriptions, view the formulary drug list, etc.  It also provides an unlimited amount of information regarding drug interactions, generic equivalents, etc.  If you have questions regarding setting up an account of ESI's website please contact the Insurance Office at NBEC (800-472-5475 x2806).
